Once all agreed payments have been received, the customer will receive the rights to the final project deliverables as agreed during the project.
Webcroo Technologies may retain ownership of its reusable code, frameworks, development methods, templates, tools, and other proprietary resources unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Service Availability
We make reasonable efforts to provide reliable services. However, we cannot guarantee that websites or online services will always be available without interruption.
We are not responsible for downtime caused by hosting providers, domain providers, internet failures, third-party services, cyber attacks, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a project or service according to the agreed terms.
Payments already made may not be refundable if work has already been completed or resources have been committed to the project, subject to our Refund Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
Webcroo Technologies will make reasonable efforts to provide professional services. However, we will not be responsible for indirect losses, loss of business, loss of profits, loss of data, or losses caused by third-party services.
